Long hiatus (thanks Thanksgiving!!) but I'm back now, I think.

Breakfast:
Bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch:
Cup of black tea w/ sugar
2 JC veggie sandwiches
12 oz pepsi
Naked Juice Mangoneese or whatever
Dinner:
Arby's chicken sandwich
sm curly fry
sm sprite (refilled 1x)
Ritz crackers and cheese log (no clue how much)
+ stomach problems

Day 13

1 bottle water + Emergen-C
Lunch:
Leftover Korma stuff
1 mini bag of cheetos
1 bottle of sweetened Peak tea
Dinner:
1 reeses peanut butter cup
1 cup hot chocolate
1 1/2 pieces lasagna + 2 lactase + 2 TUMS
1 cup (16oz??) sprite
3/4 box of Dots

Day 12 - late post

Breakfast:
2 frozen waffles + butter and syrup
Lunch:
6" pizza sub from Subway
1/2 a mini airhead
Dinner:
Leftover bowl of Korma sauce stuff + GI issues
1 glass Kool-aid + Emergen-C
1/2 c jello + whipped cream

Day 11

Breakfast:
1 bottle water + Emergen-C
1 order french toast (cracker barrel) w/ butter and syrup
Lunch:
1/2 bag gummi bears + stomach ache
1 glass Kool-aid
Dinner:
1 burger + 1/2 my onion rings from BWW + stomach issues from onion rings
Lots of huckleberry lemonade
Lots of random candy

Day 10 - late post

Breakfast:
1 bowl Kix + 1 lactase
Lunch:
1/2 bowl of strawberries + sugar
Pepsi
Glass of OJ
Dinner:
1 glass Cherry Kool-aid + Emergen-C
Korma cooking sauce + chicken, carrots, peas, corn, peppers and broccoli w/ rice
2 samosas

Fajita Taco Salad from El Mague (Lettuce, tomato, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, sour cream, bell pepper, onion, guacamole) + 1 lactase + 2 TUMS + no discernible GI issues yay!
1 glass water
3 pc Starburst
1/2 bottle water + Emergen-C

1/2 c jello + whipped cream
1 mini kitkat
1 mini reeses peanut butter cup
1 glass cherry kool-aid
1 bottle water + Emergen-C

2 waffles with syrup and butter

1 c chicken and rice soup
2 pkg saltine crackers
Bottle of V8
Dinner:
Sushi - pan seared tuna, wasabi special, shrimp tempura, salmon skin, crazy roll, spicy tuna hand roll, seaweed salad
water
1/2 glass of peach and mango juice

Day 5

Breakfast:
1 bottle of water
1 can of pepsi
1 gusses pretzel
1 starburst
Lunch:
1/2 cup jello +whipped cream
Naked juice - red machine
small pc lasagna + 2 lactase pills
Dinner:
1 1/2 bottles water
2 cans sprite
2 pieces Papa Johns pepperoni
3-4 lil smokies with crescent wrap
4-5 pc cauliflower and carrots with ranch
1 tiny piece of cheesecake with blueberries and raspberries
stomach pains probably due to the combination of cheese, tomato sauce and stress...mostly stress

Day 4 - a little late

Breakfast:
1 1/2 bowls reese's pieces cereal
1/2 glass water + Emergen-C
Lunch:
Can of pepsi (2??)
Dinner:
Steak n' Shake grilled cheese and fries
glass of water

Definitely not my most accurate post and 1 day late. Super stressful day of recovering my computer. :(

2 JC cookies (oatmeal raisin?)
2 1/2 cups (?? snow white bowl full) yogurt, fresh cut strawberries and granola grumbly stomach/discomfort ~1hr later
Dinner:
1 1/2 pc lasagna
15.2 fl oz Naked juice Orange Mango Motion

12 oz pepsi

2 pieces of homemade lasagna + 1 lactase + 1 TUMS Caused GI discomfort/gas
starburst (2 pc)

1 1/2 glasses peach/mango 100% juice
1 jello cup, 4 oz

Day 1

Breakfast:
bowl of honey nut cheerios (w00t, I ate breakfast) + 1 lactase
Lunch:
Harvest peach yoplait yogurt
1/2 c margarita/strawberry daiquiri jello with whipped cream
1/2 glass of water w/ Emergen-C fizzy drink vitamin supplement
Snack:
Glass of OJ and starbursts (2pc)
Dinner:
Small bowl of greek soup stuff a la my roommates (rice, chicken stock, paprika, lemon juice, dill, celery, red onion, eggs) Bothered my stomach - possibly due to grant writing stress
1 bottle of water

And it begins

Ok, so here we go. This might last all of 3 days (maybe less) but I'm going to try to keep this up. This, if the name didn't give it away, is my food diary. I'm going to try to start eating better and by better I mean more consistently and reasonably.

Being a graduate student my schedule sucks and it's not remotely unusual for me to skip breakfast and even miss lunch. With evenings of tae kwon do eating immediately before class is not an option and my appetite after class is generally kind of lacking.

So here we go. Food and water, more reasonably.
