And it begins

Ok, so here we go. This might last all of 3 days (maybe less) but I'm going to try to keep this up. This, if the name didn't give it away, is my food diary. I'm going to try to start eating better and by better I mean more consistently and reasonably.

Being a graduate student my schedule sucks and it's not remotely unusual for me to skip breakfast and even miss lunch. With evenings of tae kwon do eating immediately before class is not an option and my appetite after class is generally kind of lacking.

So here we go. Food and water, more reasonably.
