Day 2

Breakfast:
1/2 cup coffee
smores chewy granola bar
Snack:
hot chocolate
Lunch:
2 JC veggie sandwiches (avacado, sprouts, red pepper, tomato, cucumber, lettuce)
1 oz bbq lays
12 oz pepsi
Dinner:
12 oz pepsi
glass of water + Emergen-C
2 pieces of homemade lasagna + 1 lactase + 1 TUMS Caused GI discomfort/gas
starburst (2 pc)

1 1/2 glasses peach/mango 100% juice
1 jello cup, 4 oz
